The client needed a modern, scalable, and cost-effective call center solution to replace legacy systems. The vision was a comprehensive platform supporting high-volume concurrent calls, real-time analytics, AI-powered features, and seamless cross-platform accessibility for both web and mobile agents—all built from the ground up.
Engineering a High-Performance Communication Platform
We provided a dedicated, cross-functional team that acted as our client's strategic technology partner. Over a 26-month engagement, we architected and delivered a robust, cloud-native SaaS product designed for enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
Our technical execution leveraged a cutting-edge stack:
- Frontend: A dynamic and responsive admin dashboard built with React, paired with agent applications developed in Flutter for a native-feel on both iOS and Android.
- Backend & Infrastructure: High-performance microservices in Go (Golang) to handle real-time VoIP signaling. RabbitMQ and Kafka managed message queuing and event streaming for flawless call distribution and data processing, with MongoDB serving as the flexible, scalable database. The entire ecosystem was deployed and orchestrated on AWS for maximum scalability and uptime.
- Process & Collaboration: The entire project was managed with precision using ClickUp, while Figma facilitated a collaborative and iterative UI/UX design process.
